    Where does it show the connection icon to 4G? Is it on the same taskbar as the WIFI indicator?

    What carrier? Post screenshots of the About screen and home screen with 4G connected.

    I have no 4g sims to test that for you, nor can i test the carrier . give a me about 5 mins to get the screen shots.

    That pic doesnt say it is connected through 4G. My pb has the same screen.

    Not saying you are lying, just that you need something better than that

    I'll have to look for it, but I remember a thread by someone who bought one of these from ebay. If memory serves, rim replaced it with a new wifi version to get him to send it back to them.
