I am trying to download 4.5, each time it gets to about 12MB than just stops; i am on a cable modem this should be quick I am stuck and can't figure out what's going on; have flushed cache, restarted browser and machine, cleaned temp files; any other ideas appreciated.

I think its something on my
PC or my cable modem, just can't believe multiple sites are doing the same thing
