    Greetings to all,

OK, I've tried to find out by searching but can't quite get it.

I just loaded up 4.5 and on my "options-advanced options-gps" page I have a display that shows
    Latitude
    Longitude
    Fix time
    Number of satellites
    Accuracy

but I get all zeros and no fix times.

Is this normal or did I forget to turn something on. everything else is enabled and google maps shows 3 meter accuracy.

What gives, anyone else figure out how to get a fix.

    Thanks

    Jim

I am hoping someone will answer this. I am having the same trouble.
Also, my GPS location will not come up on Superpages or Yellowpages...

    Thanks in advance

This may be a silly question but... are you outside with a clear sky view when you try this? I've seen satellite acquisition from indoors but it's not very reliable.

Sitting outside and google maps reporting 3 meter resolution. I went to options, advanced options, gps and there sits lat long and sat. views. but no numbers.

Even though options, advanced options, gps doesn't show your lat/lng, is Google showing your position accurately?

I upgraded last night to 4.5.0.81. Then I went to Options/Advanced options/GPS. Initially my lat/lng were 0's. Then I did what branta suggested a few posts ago - hit Menu, and request a Refresh. Now my position is showing correctly.
