I just installed 4.5 on my 8310. My question is, is there a setting I need to change to use the 4.5 feature of HTML on emails? I don't see anything in the settings?

Go to Messages>Menu>Options>Email Settings>Enable HTML Email>Yes.

Please note the HTML will only work on mail you've received after setting it up. For older mail you're still stuck with the old format.

Are you sure the upgrade went okay? Try pressing alt+leftshift+h and in the screen that pops up look at "App Version" and make sure it says 4.5.0.110 (152).

The same thing happened to me when I updated my att 8310. I had to send the service books 3 times before it started working.
