I will ask my question in a hypo: say I'm talking to Scott and we want to know what Greg is doing? I know I have to put Scott on hold then add a participant then join Scott to the call...I get all that! So lets say that I bring Scott in while Greg's line is still ringing. If Greg doesn't answer (and here's my question) how do I drop Greg without dropping Scott? If I hit the end button it kills everything. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure you can press the Menu button and then End Call - you should get a screen asking which call you want to end. I practice this from time to time and then don't do it for a year and forget how to do it when it's really necessary :-)
