I just want my high end pure touchscreen device. And with NO TRACKPAD. I'm not in favor of those, but I can understand that keyboard folks may still want or need them. So, no, I'm not gonna be self-centered and insist on no trackpad period. But please keep it to the keyboard devices only. All touch phones (hopefully BlackBerry continues to make them) should be just that. All touch.

Blackberry is most likely not going to make a slider since they aren't doing a wide selection of phones. They are concentrating on 4 categories like Kevin (Owner of Crackberry) said and Sliders aren't one of them.
But I have an idea.
We all know typo for the iPhone.
Why doesn't Blackberry make a bluetooth typo like slider and regular for the Z30, Z3, Z10. Since typo has no patents they can just basically steal it and modify it they put some blackberry finnesse.
Which wouldn't cost much for R&D and makes everyone happy.

I would 100% buy a Z30 the day it came out.

BlackBerry needs these 3 lines of Phones with Google App Store pre- installed :

1 -Affordable / Foxxcon:
Z3 and Q5

2 - Classic High End : belt phones
Q20 etc

3 - Prosumer : BB10
Z30, Q10/30, Slider etc

4- Prestige : Porsche line

5- PlayBook 2 :
3G / 128G + good specs, email / BBM / Browser / wireless HDMI / Miracast / Google App stores pre-installed.

Would love a slider I know so many people holding out for one, if BlackBerry doesn't come out with one soon or announce one for the year I got many people switching off of BlackBerry to something else.

Slider. 9810 but big and with bb10. It will sell big time. People want something good and these things go in cycles. If BlackBerry doesn't make a slider someone else will and it will be huge. Then everyone will blame BlackBerry for being stupid. I'll buy 3 sliders right now. Sick of typing on glass. And the Q series too small. What isn't to love about sliders? Like glass? Don't open the slide.

I've said it on other threads already but i'd really like to see a new Bold with true premium materials like real leather back and premium stitching for the BlackBerry logo and outside like a luxury car seat.

10.2.1 is already great just keep refining this OS and fix the contacts app so contacts don't link with facebook, twitter, linkedin, ect unless you want them to. Happens all the time where I have to unlink all the time it seems. Then bring back BlackBerry Protect to full function like it was on OS 7.1!

Then take the Q10 and make it bigger diagonally with and even better keyboard.

The slider could fall into either of those categories. There can be an affordable, classic, high-end, and a prestige slider. A slider for each demographic.
