    Yeah, just couldn't connect. A reboot reconnected me just fine. The TMO issue happened earlier, but I didn't notice until this morning and my phone didn't recover on it's own.

    I found this info for network settings on TMO for someone who had an LG G3. Maybe it might work for you to since it seems generic and not really for a certain device:
