    I know he was joking that if someone offered him 19B he would sell BBM...but in reality if someone offer him 19B or 40$ a share he will be ready to sell the whole company and mark the biggest corporate profit ever in that time period

    Facebook is tapped out and all in on WU. They were bidding against Microsoft with a $10 billion offer. But I think Microsoft buying BlackBerry makes a ton of sense for Enterprise synergy. I don't know why they didn't buy them for $4.7B back when they could have.

    Keep in mind that the Canadian government did block off many offers because they wanted to keep BB inside Canada

    I don't think they officially did. And Microsoft is different than Lenovo.
