I know he was joking that if someone offered him 19B he would sell BBM...but in reality if someone offer him 19B or 40$ a share he will be ready to sell the whole company and mark the biggest corporate profit ever in that time period :)

Facebook is tapped out and all in on WU. They were bidding against Microsoft with a $10 billion offer. But I think Microsoft buying BlackBerry makes a ton of sense for Enterprise synergy. I don't know why they didn't buy them for $4.7B back when they could have.
Keep in mind that the Canadian government did block off many offers because they wanted to keep BB inside Canada
I don't think they officially did. And Microsoft is different than Lenovo.
