Returned home from a trip. Tried to finally update my Z10 to 10.3 and no update available anymore. I am a Telus customer. Is it just Telus or is it other carriers also?

Telstra (Australia) pulled it, too...

My dad's Z30 didn't finish its update because wifi cut out, and now it's no longer visible under "Settings / Software".

That was a few days ago already. :-)

(I'm glad, I don't want him to have any dramas, he's on a 10.3.1 leak already, so not a biggie)

Btw, apparently my Z10 on Optus is still offering it in the Hub, but I'll wait, I'm worried about losing my unlimited hotspot.

They should pull it! I've had nothing but trouble with 10.3.1.

I've wiped my device and re installed the OS several times and I end up with different problems each time! Music player won't work, after the second install using the web browser causes phone to become hot and burn through my battery in less than an hour, voice assistant only works until the first device reboot and for the latest issue I can't sign into the Twitter app. After deleting the Twitter app it won't even install back to my device!

For me 10.3.1 turned my perfectly working phone into a POS!

After I had problems updating my mothers z10 and searched the web. The problem was that the update wasn't available on the phone or via BlackBerry Link.
My z30 runs fine on 10.3.1. No issues at all.

My z10 has no issues at all it works great!!! Love it on 10.3...
However my z30 I wish I had the update on it cause it looks and feels so much better then 10.2

It's a bit surprising since the same OS for these devices was actually leaked for a while. You'd think that they would've worked out kinks that would be big enough to warrant pulling the OS

I love the 10.3, but it does run a little hot and drain my battery pretty quick. Can't wait until they fix it, overall I'm very happy with the update

Removed SIM card from amazon bought z30 and tried refreshing software update a few times and nada. I think the update push has been halted with no timeframe until BlackBerry fix all the reported issues. What a shame.

My dad contacted me yesterday, his .15XX update had suddenly gone when he wanted to update, after a week or two now the .17XX update is showing on his Z30 and we started downloading yesterday ...
