Yes I know this was my prediction which is somewhat in line with the spottings

My prediction based on all spotting to date:

10.2.1 MR with Z3 in April. (10.2.1.29xx)

10.2.2 (10.2.2.367 spotted) will be in the summer sometime.

10.3 (only at 10.3.0.146) fall with the new flagship .

There hasn't been much development in 10.3 lately based on the spottings. 10.2.2 is starting to pick up in speed.

Note: we have no idea what the 10.2.2 UI looks like. For all that we know, we can see a lot of the new things that's we saw in 10.3.

I'm curious to see 10.2.2 if it is next. I'm extremely impressed with 10.2.1. Especially the latest TMO US build. My phone flies and the battery life has become decent. I can live with that.

those time frames look pretty solid and that's kinda what I was thinking as well... it's true they usually do big update with new device but it's wayyy too soon to release 10.3 with the Z3 (like some were saying could happen), but a very high build of 10.2.1 with "all" bugs eliminated is more likely... 10.2.2 around time of classic Q20... and 10.3, I'd say by early October for whatever high-end device is released first in fall...

I'm betting 10.3 will end up being BB11. I think the 10.2.1 MR will just be skipped and 10.2.2 will come in early summer with Q20. 10.2.2 will likely bring Fuse/ Chat blend into use as well as BlackBerry Protect legacy features as well as other legacy features missing like LED indicator and custom notification profiles. I also have a hunch there's an updated bridge app with Android and iOS equivalents in the works.

As for 11 (10.3) it's any body's guess. Although my sources tell me it's been in development for quite a while. I think we?ll see some "new" stuff instead of catching up. As to what that is, I can't fathom.

It's deliberate.

Every early OS branch leak had them until the build number reached 1000. It was that way with early 10.2.1, 10.2, and 10.1 builds.

10.2 -> 10.2.1 was a major change so 10.2.2 could be a pretty good change as well. But yes I could see there being a big UI change for 10.3 since it's a whole different brach. But some of those UI features could be in 10.2.2.

Keep note this 10.3.0.140 was spotted 2 months ago (around the same time i started spotting 10.2.2) and there hasn't been a spot since other then a 10.3.0.146. So there could be some certain UI changes like no app backgrounds, better android runtime and updated apps (like camera, music player that we saw with 10.3).

They can't wait until the fall to release all there goodies with 10.3 which will definitely be out between September and November when ever a new device arrives.
