    I searched many media/tech outlets and all seemed to be pointing that 10.3.2 is not being pushed to "locked" Passports and Classics. What's up with that? Doesn't appear to be a carrier issue but more so a BlackBerry decision?

    Ignore the media.
    According to BlackBerry themselves (BlackBerry 10.3.2 and BlackBerry Blend 1.2 Coming to All BlackBerry 10 Devices | Inside BlackBerry), 10.3.2 is coming to ALL devices.

    They do state that this is subject to carrier approval - so carriers may drag the chain, but unless I'm reading this wrong - BlackBerry plan to bring 10.3.2 to all including Passport and Classic.

    It's the carrier approval issue as usual. Example: Verizon users are WAY behind on updates unless installed leaks.

    10.3.2.798 is now available to every carrier. It is up to them to decide whether to allow its subscribers access or not.

    The first paragraph says:

    {If you own a BlackBerry 10 handset other than the BlackBerry Passport and the BlackBerry Classic, you will receiving an update to BlackBerry 10.3.2 some time over the next few weeks}

    This is just one example where I've seen this. Don't shoot the messenger! Hoping the reports are wrong and BlackBerry's release is correct.

    Well they are already wrong.

    Factory unlocked Classics and Passports got 10.3.2 updates Tuesday. Either 10.3.2.680 or 798 - direct from BlackBerry.

    I can vouch for unlocked Passports getting 10.3.2, although I will not update until all of my BB10s have it. Not much in it for me compared to 10.2 to 10.3 so don't mind waiting. A bit OCD, but that's how I roll.

    The reason why the original BlackBerry press release said "if you aren't on the Passport or Classic" is to show what 10.3.x brings to users who are stuck on 10.2; i.e. most of the American user base.

    That said, if a site has "arena" in the title, forget about it. Seems to be a good rule.
