I'm new to the blackberry z10. Does anyone have the latest news on when the update will be pushed out? I'm excited about the new version and I'm getting annoyed with BBW apps.. so generic!!

Welcome to BlackBerry! No news of when the carrier may release the update -- they are notoriously slow with pushing out BlackBerry updates. I'd recommend downloading the official update via 'Sachesi', which allows you to download another carriers official software release (this is not a leak). You can find detailed instructions by searching the forum and/or Google. It's quite simple and may take about 1.5 hours total

Oh yeah, the American telecom carriers are terrible at pushing BlackBerry updates. I wouldn't be surprised if the stores still have their phones on the original release OS.

Download from sachi, there will be no update from att. They do not support blackberry. But you can call att and get money off your bill when you complain to them.

Normally I don't believe carrier reps when it comes to pushing out new updates Or advertising new phones , but I better state my case. I went to ATT yesterday because my S4 has a faulty SIM card and so I submitted an insurance claim and am getting a replacement sent to me. I am currently using my 9900 as a backup and after going back and again this morning to fix a work email account issue I Noticed NO blackberry phones at all. The manager and reps said They are Not partnering with BlackBerry anymore. I told them the Z30 is out and they just carried on and on about how its Not their fault they haven't been issued the phone or update. They are blaming BlackBerry.

So anyway like I said I normally don't believe carriers because they are Clueless when it comes to new devices I.e.BlackBerry ones, but it's almost April and Still no word about an update.

I called a rep earlier and he checked their notes about the update. He told me there is notes about the bb 10 update but no sure date... he also told me that blackberry has to issue the update to them. Umm duh. But basically it was the same information on crackberry forums.

So now I wait!!

This is the latest autoloader I found. I prefer autoloaders over Sachesi myself. Just remember though that when you use the autoloader you will loose everything on your phone so back it up first.

The point is AT&T needs to release it. Download a leak if you like but we as AT&T customers still need their support. They have the OS, which one I'm not sure but they continue to say they are testing it. It's not BlackBerry who is holding them up its their own team that's causing the delay.

I agree 100%, a class action lawsuit is needed against AT&T for keep delaying the 10.2.1 update. T. Mobile and Verizon already got theirs and AT&T is taking their sweet time with it. I'm paying every month top dollar also and not releasing the update seems so unfair!
