    I just updated about an hour ago and I'm experiencing lag. Anyone else experiencing lag?

    It's not uncommon. The system is reindexing and requires resources to do so. Give it until tomorrow and it should be much better.

    When I updated it was like that too for the first few hours after. It gets taken care of after settling.

    I am not on T-Mobile, but on Verizon, and when this rolled out for us, many of us had lag and horrendous battery life for the first 4 or 5 days, and even after that. Some had to wipe and reload the O/S for various reasons (I was one of them) you will notice improvement, but it will not come overnight. This should be the same for all carriers, and something we just have to go through. It will settle in with time
