    Is anyone else having this problem? Every time I connect my device and go into BB link it says back up in progress and the loading bar just stays at nothing and doesn't load. Then I get an error message saying, "There could have been a problem with the device or the connection during the backup. Verify that the device is turned on and connected". Which it is. Anyone know how I can fix this??

    I am having the opposite issue. Since the last update to link, my backups won't restore. It hangs at 9% on settings. I have to restore from a backup made before the last link update.

    I just gave up.. I tried for the last 4 hours.. Tried deleting all side loaded apps, EVERYTHING.. Gets me so pi$$ed off at Verizon.. I'm assuming those who have Verizon are the ones having the issue? My buddy told me that the issue is fixed in 10.1 /: SO annoyed with Verizon...
