    I've read countless forums of it happening on other z10s with different U.S carriers, but not on T-Mobile. Anyone else experiencing this on T-Mobile?

    Nope. Do you have a case on your Z10? Any side loaded apps? Any Android apps? How long have you had your Z10? Did you transfer data from a previous BlackBerry?

    Do you have a sd card installed? When i first got the z10 for my wife i installed a really bad card that couldn't save the pictures from the camera to it. Since removing the sd card there were no more resets. Just had an issue with bb protect that required a wipe and restore to get rid of.
    No problem on my own z10.

    I haven't side loaded any Android apps, just only the bb10 flashlight app. No case just a screen protector. SD card not yet. Phone is pretty stock.

    Really weird. Maybe a sim issue. Shutdown, remove sim, reinsert, power back on. If it continues, try a reload of the Os or a wipe. If it continues after that, visit T-Mobile.

    Yeah. Just had it happen the first time last night. FWIW, I was listening to podcasts over Bluetooth headphones. Also on T-Mobile.
