    My AT&T (if that matters) Z10 updated itself to 10.3.2 and now I am unable to sync my texts with my Playbook. Any ideas on how to fix this? I use texting on my playbook for dispatching service calls and I just can not do it from a phone - I NEED MY PLAYBOOK! Texting starts to open then I get a screen that says "! an error occured while fetching message history" HELP Thanks

    Uninstall Bridge from your Z10 and then shut off the phone, take out your SIM and then restart the device. From wifi, do a search for Bridge in BlackBerry World and install it.

    AT&T blocks Bridge unless tethering is on your plan so they have a special version of Bridge that blocks it from working. The difference is the version number: the version you want is 3.3.0.38. Once you have it installed, don't update when prompted when your SIM is in the handset.
