Define both countries. You are quite vague.

Warranty varies from Region to Region and also Supplier but the standard BlackBerry Warranty is 12 months on Hardware and 6 months on accessories.
The country you moved to may not want to honour your warranty so the best thing for you to do, IF you have an issue that requires warranty is to ship your handset without accessories AND without the battery along with a copy of your receipt to the original point of sale. Keep a copy of your tracking number to ensure you keep tabs on where the device is. If you are out if the warranty period ,you can take the device to any local repair shop that handles BlackBerry devices your carrier can advise as to who they use. Good Luck.
Please pack your device in proper packaging before shipping.
