    Hi - anyone happen to know why, all of a sudden - my headphone jack doesn't work?

    I have rebooted, taken the battery out. Music plays on speaker but not thru the jack.

    Tried different headphones.

    Any assistance - much appreciated

    Same happened to mine. I think if I plugged it in halfway it worked but that was not a long term solution. Had to send it back to BlackBerry (via carrier) to be fixed. God did that loaner phone suck. You might have just got unlucky with a faulty/broken/bent jack. Sorry
