Yes me to I would love to know this info. I see no one has responded to your post have u had any luck??
There's no such app because it's currently not possible to do this on BB10. The OS provides no way for an app to retrieve any of the required information, partly because the OS is still fairly new in some ways, and partly because of deliberate privacy/security-related choices.
I'm working on add some features to Battery Guru (https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/35712/) which will help a bit for this sort of thing, but there's not that much that can be done for now.
