    They are very clear about the emencely talented pool of engineers in Ontario and Toronto, so good luck to them and I'm sure the extra opportunity for employment will please those in the immediate vicinity of their new facilities if this all plays out.

    If they want talented engineers why not just move to the Silicon Valley where the pool is uncompromisingly better than anywhere on earth? Yes, I know.. the U.S. and Russia aren't exactly friends... lol
