    i have a 8300. this week it started acting strange. random rebooting, dropped calls n signal. funky camera focus. i called att up and to my surprise CS was 100% helpful. they gave me directions to the nearest device support center. and off i went. when i got to the store it was as simple as walkin up to the counter. showing my i.d. and handing over my phone. only for them to hand me back a brand new fully refurb phone.. sweeeeeet. it looks n feels so good.. i am exstatic. just thought i would share with yous.....

    Yeap, I love AT&T. I went to the store one time in a panic, and wasn't even thinking I would have to exchange the phone (didn't bring the box etc.), and it was randomly rebooting etc. Well, she exchanged it on the spot!
