    Pretty sure my old BB is bricked to the point of no return, at least I can't fix it. As long as I say in the ad that it is bricked there shouldn't be a problem right? I had done a factory restore right before it got bricked, so my info would be erased.

    As long as you clearly state that its bricked i dont think its a problem at all ppl still sell blackberrys with bad esn's

    Absolutely you can sell it on ebay clearly stating the condition, describing that the handset does not turn on and you accept no grantee/warranty of either expressed or implied that the handset may or may not be fixed, Also mention that the handset is completely intact no liquid/water damage or no internal components missing. It would also help if you also state the screens that it does go to.
