Basically exactly as the title says. If I try to use the web when I am not connected to a wifi hotspot it takes for ever on the status bar at the bottom and eventually comes up with the following error message:
"A communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your local service provider"
It sometimes has a different error message but implies the same thing.
