I don't work for RIM, but the complaints I see there seem to be the norm for a lot, if not most, of the tech industry. For that matter, they could probably be applied to most industries, especially in the past few years. Remember too that unhappy people are more likely to share than those who are content. I've only had one job I actually liked...lol. The sad thing was it was the lowest paying one!
