I have sent myself a couple of word documents in attempt to mess around with the Word To Go on my phone and see how it works. Everytime I go to open an attachment from the email I sent myself, it says:
"More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."
I have no clue what this means or how to fix it. Any ideas anyone?
If you are opening them straight from your email and are getting that error, that could mean that you don't have the BB attachment service installed. You can reinstall this with app loader.
