The guy using the bb is using more steps than he needs. Good comparison. That was not skewed at all.

I....dont even really delete calender items, and I don't care. In fact, you can set it up so they delete themselves....

Weather or not you delete a calendar event is irrelevant, the point of the video is show how much faster you can do something on WP7 compared to Blackberry.

This video isn't very accurate. The guy using the blackberry is obviously not comfortable with the trackpad and not familiar with easier steps to deleting one...

First off you would hit "L" to open the calendar and then you would delete the appointment without opening it. He added extra steps. On a side not I do like WP7.

    Nice test.

For 2 New Users neither knowing how to use the device it was pretty accurate.

the video is 17 seconds, took about 15 to perform the task. but it takes me 9 seconds one handed on my BB Curve to do the same functions as it took him. 7 seconds if I can run 2 hands.

Of course that was completely off base. You're comparing a touch with tiles the size of Australia with a non-touch device.
Try same test, W7 and touch OS6.

Anyone know what happened to the Dell Lightning???? Wanted that.

if I can't use the keyboard on my torch and have to stick to the touch screen 1 hand I can delete the calendar item in 8 seconds. starting from the browser like they did

Not really, all it proved is that Win Phone 7 is easier to learn than BlackBerry. Go figure...

Exactly, it was also an OS that has been EOL'd (BB5), vs a OS that's in circulation right now (WP7). I could compare Windows 3.1 to Mac OS X, and would that be fair? Well if this OS5 and WP7 thing is fair, then yes.
