Anyone ever have this problem when trying to install Desktop manager? It pops a a window up that has a bunch of commands saying "Windows Installer" and then it stops the installation. I have ran Vista for along time and i decided to paritition my hard drive and install xp on it, so i did that then iam trying to install DM on it an i kept getting this error. I finally got it installed by right clicking and extracting files and installing the .msi file but its irratating to do it. I installed a clean version of the 8330 os too and had to do the same thing. I know it is something with windows installer, but not sure how to fix it. I have already redownloaded windows installer and restarted, that didnt work either. Did a bunch of searching havent been successful yet. Anyone have this problem and was able to fix it?
