Every year their market share is going down...
They sold 55 million phones in 2010. 50 million in 2011 then cuz of the iPhone 4 it became only 49 million in 2012 13 million 2013 (DECLINE) 7 million in 2014 only! What about 2015?? 3 million? I just want them to come back to the top. How can they do it?

With phones, Blackberrys better days are way behind them. They will never sell 10s of millions of phones again. They may even drop phones altogether.

I believe a partnership is in the works with Samsung in which BlackBerry will provide the OS and Samsung the phone.

    But, I could be wrong.

Develop something people want that no one else has.

Unfortunately not many people care about physical keyboards, top level security, BBM, or multitasking.

I use to have a Curve because it was the best option for email at the time, now I use an iPhone (second one) because it's easy and does everything I need good enough and takes great pictures.

Simply. No. Not in the way they were or currently are. There is zero indication that the board has any serious interest in consumer level future focus and they don't indicate a desire to appeal to sub 30 users. I doubt as well that well ever see as efficient for email, calls and bbm is falling way behind with very little innovation.

So.. Realistically, trending more towards enterprise soley with dedicated devices for them and eventually a partnership with Samsung. Eventually, Samsung are going to need to drop android, an seems ridiculous to develop there own os when bb are so ripe for the picking.

Making the Os more customizable... updating the store from time to time. Adding all the essential apps and making a collaboration with android might help them
