    With 'BLUESTACKS" you can do it ALL from your PC.
    I've been using it on my Z10 for many months for BBM.

    BlueStacks
    I found Bluestacks so horrendously buggy I ended up uninstalling it.

    Haha well T-Mobile was hoping it would be but I didn't want to go through the hassle again. ;-)

    Wish I knew, keep in mind this was going on about a month after the phone came out and I could not find other people having the same issue as me.
