I have my desktop computer connected to our home network through a Wireless USB adapter. Whenever I am in my room with my 9650 and the wifi is turned on, my computer cannot access the network.

Curiously, I turned off the wifi on my phone and now my computer is back on the network. Any ideas?

That is very odd.

Now that the computer works, if you turn the device wifi back on, will the computer disconnect?

yup it goes back and forth. I cannot get internet on my pc with my phone on wifi. Its really bizarre

its more than likely an issue with your setup of the router...you more than likely have the router set up to only have one device access it at a time...go into your router settings and see how many connections at a time your router is set to allow

Do you have any other computers on the network that use a wireless adapter?

Is it only when you are in the same room as the computer that the wireless doesnt work?
