Wifi issue on my BB 8530

I am a new BB user and having WIFI issues. The wifi on the phone will just disappear from my screen and will not turn back on unless I do a battery pull. Now just a little backround. Verizon sent me a replacement phone last week bc my first 8530 had the same issue..and now this phone has the same issue. Now my wife's phone which is the same as mine does not have this issue at all.

the verizon rep tonight wants me to delete my apps one by one and see if this fixes it.

my third party apps are: backup asst, Kaglom Free, mets mobile shortcut, my verizon, and pixelated. and my only add on app that might help here is facebook.

now what can cause the wifi to go away and not come back? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the WIFI profile saved?

There is alot to read but it is very helpful. Hope it all works out for you. If not you may have another bum phone

yeah its still good, just some wording in the steps have been changed a little bit, but you will be able to navigate pretty easy through it.
