I am new to Blackberry and currently have the Bold 9700. I am trying to connect to WiFi. It worked perfectly fine at my parents' house. I am currently at my apartment and it originally scanned and found the wireless network I have set up. However, it failed to connect so I tried again and I keep getting a message that says: 'Network scan internal error' and I don't know what to do. Through a search, I found one old thread on the topic but it didn't really help me.
