I recently got my 8820 and have been trying to set up the wifi.

It will scan for networks and pick them up so then i click on it and enter the password and it will say connecting to the network.

It will then say unknown network failure but it will store it. It is not my connection because I am using my laptop right now and I even tried it at work and it did the same thing

Under manage my connections it says that WiFi is on but it is a yellow color instead of a green one.

Please help!!

You might also try upgrading your firmware on your router and making sure there are no issues with the MAC address. Good Luck!
