This one confounds me so.............. I need some insight.

Over the course of the last two weeks I have had to reinstall my OS
twice, once for a minor glitch and once because of my own stupidity.

Also I have been on kind of an app tear. Most of the apps require a
    reboot to complete the installation.

For some odd reason whenever the phone comes back on WiFi is active.
This never was the case before and I have checked all the settings and
as far as I can tell this should not be happening.

Granted, this is not some world turning issue as it only takes a second
    to turn it back off.

Any ideas as to what I may be missing?

There was a thread about this just the other day, so that makes two reports that I am aware of. This is a strange one for sure. I just upgraded my OS a few weeks back and I did not notice this happen on my device. I am curious as to what version of DM you were using and what OS were you loading? My thinking is that this is probably related to one or the other - or maybe even both.

@ aristile - Thanks I'll have to look that up.

My DM is 5, OS is 4.6.1.310. Again this just started out of the
blue. Not a major issue but I hate when things happen for what
    appears to be no reason.

I wonder if it has something to do with DM 5.0? I'm still using 4.6 for all my updates.

Might. Only thing is I have been using it for months.

Also, on the PC upstairs I have DM 4.6 and at my office DM 4.2
(yeah, yeah I know ). Same thing happens regardless of which
machine or DM I am using.

So then is it the OS? Can you try another OS using all 3 to see what happens?

Yeah, I think I'll try that later. I'm going to backtrack on the
apps first and see if I can isolate an issue there first.

    Problem resolved.

I wiped the device and loaded the OS straight up. From there I reloaded one app,
used the phone for a few hours (it took this long because sleep was involved )
and loaded the next until all 46 were back on. No WiFi issues.

From there I reloaded the two themes I use and it turns out that the issue
was with the Full Screen Blank theme. Once I removed that the problem was
solved. Rebooting no longer triggers and automatic load of WiFi.

Odd I know, but there you have it.
