    does the wifi auto connect or no cause the only way i get wifi to work is to ad a new profile

    Make sure "Enable single profile scanning" option is unchecked on the WiFi options menu. I have yet to see an unprotected network to test but I know that the above option locks you into only using "profiled" networks.

    i just walked in the door at home at it automatically connected to my network just fine.

    Was your home network already configured as a profile?
