Is anyone on a carrier that supports this? I've tried it from multiple routers to remove mine as the culprit for it not working. I'm guessing Rogers disabled it because they're cheap bastards. Anyone know a way around it?

Rogers still supports UMA calling. Call them and ensure you have the service active on your line.
If you have online access to the myRogers page, you can enable wifi calling in the addons section. It is under the talk more for less tab and $5 a month. If it is not there, you may have to call a Rogers agent and have them put it on the account for you. It should then show up in your MyRogers.
