    Why won't Blackberry Link back up my Q10?-bb-error.jpgi recently autoloaded to OS 10.3. 1. 1016 and when i go to back it up in link it says make sure you phone is connected yet in link on the right side it says my phone is connected and i checked my chord its fine! I want to to default to factory settings and go back to the up to date OS that is out now for the Q10!

    You know you won't be able to restore a 10.3.1 backup to a 10.2.1 OS, right?

    I'd keep on the OS you are and get the latest official 10.3.1 when it is released later this month.

    See if Sachesi can do your backup.
