RIM has always lacked good marketing, or marketing in general. It should be no surprise here. Hopefully they change this soon.

In the past couple of weeks I've seen/heard the following ads:
    1. Virgin Mobile unlimited Android on TV
    2. VZW Android on TV
    3. Sprint Android at movie theatre
    4. AT&T iPhone on AM radio
    5. T-Mobile Android on TV

The last BlackBerry ad I remember seeing was an AT&T billboard on I-480 west near the W130 exit in Cleveland about 1 1/2 years ago. The device pictured was the 9700.

Now that is the mindshare I refer to. They don't create it.

Honesty if they can't get the marketing out and do it soon, then these phones won't sell well, period.

Now former bb owners and people up to date with new phones will/switch to this, but in the grand scheme of things we are such a small %.

Also the advertising needs to be brilliant. No more lame bb comericals as those were lame. Need to go a different Route there....
