    One of the most useful quick settings display functions would be display brightness. If I'm running low on juice, it's the first thing I tackle.

    It's there. I'm on 10.2.1.1925 and you can use the Quick Settings to make brightness an option.. when you click the icon, a slider appears and you can adjust the brightness.

    Even better if the slider was already there and wouldn't have to click on the brightness icon. Just saying..
