    its been 2 weeks and still phone is not responding. 99 % thats all. what can i do?

    Try a hard reboot....long press on power button for about 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.
    This may restart the wipe but should speed it through.

    Alternatively you can connect to BlackBerry Link on your PC and hard reboot the device to force recognition. Then you can reload OS through BB LINK...this method is usually less problematic.

    If you're comfortable you can also use an autoloader for your respective OS and simply update or reload your specific OS.
