[CrackBerry Question]

After installing the mandatory upgrade to OS 10.3.2.858 my phone is constantly shutting off and rebooting itself. Sometimes it will happen if I drop if, which i *might* could understand but sometimes it's just sitting there or in my purse.
Has anyone else been having this happen to them since upload??

I think the upgrade causes it to act like that. Is there a way for you to change it back to what it is before you upgraded it? It is not a good sign. Most probably, your phone will die after how many days or weeks and would never be opened due to the problem. Have it check with a technician to be sure.

Does your phone have a removable battery? If so, try removing the battery and cleaning the battery contacts (on both the battery and the phone) with a white eraser. My Z10 stopped randomly restarting after I did that.

I've just started having this weird corruption after installing a call blocker app. After un-install still having reboot issues. After researching this a wipe and restore is recommended.
