    Am unable to use my bbm on my BB curve 8520. It has stucked up on setting up page on bbm app l. I tried many times by updating, uninstalling, rebooting, etc.. But no use. I want help from somebody to solve this problem. Please help me out

    Is the BlackBerry logo showing next to the signal strength?
    Are you able to log-in to the BlackBerry Protect app?
