    I let my sister use my phone to look up something then she shut off the screen and i turned it on to type in my password but the keypad isn't showing up at all. I don't know what to do, if i tap the password bar i see the keypad icon show up at the top of my phone screen then disappear in a second. Please i need help and i can't go to anyone to fix it!

    Could it be that magnify mode has been activated if it's BB10 under Settings/Accessibility? When it is, magnification is active when you reboot. this may zoom the password area off the screen. Try triple tapping (two fingers together three times and see if it resolves your problem.

    Which model, if its any BlackBerry 10 device, keep pressing power button until the BlackBerry logo starts loading
