Have both Z10 and Q10 (work). Absolutely love the Z10, prefer it over the Q. To me both phones are well made. Dropped the Z on the sidewalk, have no cover, screen to the concrete, not a mark. Have dropped the Q several times at work on a tile floor, not a mark.

Are u telling me that you didn't wish that z10 has the glass weave and metal wrap? Or at least better materials instead of cheap plastic.

I think the Q10 is sexy as heck. But I don't find my Z10 to be cheap and plasticky. I have had many compliments on the way it looks and feel. I have had it on day one that Tmobile carried it. Still looks good. I do love the Q10 too.

The materials are acceptable, I like the feel of the plastic. However, the design makes me cringe. Wait, what design? It's like they put zero thought into the exterior. Not to mention the boxing of the phones. Disgusting.
