    When i am on a call and a next call is coming in i dont get a beep one my 8830....an somebody help me please as i am missing too much calls.

    You may need to call your carrier and have some troubleshooting done, I work for Sprints Technical Support and we actually have a tool that lets us turn call waiting on and off... If your carrier has something like that it may be defaulted to off

    Do you have call waiting enabled? You might want to check phone>options>call waiting and make sure it is set to "yes."

    I would think that call waiting is a feature available on all providers' plans and phones.
