    Hello Guys,
    I tried to connect my Passport to Link, but it's not recognized at all.
    I can see the SD Card in My Computer, but not the Device.
    I also have a Z30 which works perfectly with the link on both of my laptops. Passport doesn't work on any of them, except the SD Card.
    I have uninstalled and then re installed the Link - no changes. I use Win 7.
    If any of you have experienced this in the past and managed to solve it..please let me know how you did it.

    Doesn't Matter
    Do they both use the same BBID? If no have you signed out of the ID for the 30 and into the ID for the passport?

    Interesting what you say Prem! I will check it.
    Indeed, I use the same BBID, but never had this issue.
