[CrackBerry Question]

When ever i turn on screen after one hour or something screen shows "sending sms message" . I am not trying to send any sms or msg nor any sms is pending. Please help me in getting rid of this error

The questions I have would be, how long has this error message been going on for? Days-weeks-months? Also, what have you done to the device in recent time that may, or may not have, brought this about such as, have you installed any apps that could be causing the issue?

Its a new handset. From first day i am getting this error. I even tried updating the same but nothing changes. Havnt downloaded any app.find attached its screenshot.

The only thing I can think is it might be a carrier required message authorizing some particular function or service. You might try contacting them to clarify if the error is because of a requirement on their end or not. If this is a carrier unlocked sim card operated device, try substituting a different carriers sim card.
