    I have tried deleting it and redoing it several times but since the software update I have had no emails thru my work server. I went to IT and all the settings are correct and I am not quarantined in the system. I still get "No entries in this view"

    Have IT do the set up and run the necessary tests. We can't do much for you when EMM/MDMs are in use.

    Here’s what we’ve done:

    -Removed account from phone
    -Removed device from Office 365 portal under my user account
    -re-added exchange/ActiveSync account on your phone
    -confirmed communication with Office365 servers as username was incorrect
    -confirmed portal shows Blackberry device
    -confirmed that device is not in quarantine list

    Other than that, all the settings are correct as far as username, server, and domain. This is confirmed by the fact that the device shows up in the portal.
