[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,
Been using blackberries for a long time and took a break to android for a while but came back for the passport. So here I am, using the passport happily but unable to figure out why my audio quality changes after calls. It seems that the audio becomes empty. I'm not really sure how to describe it but certain frequencies of the sound are lowered it seems.

When I restart the phone, it is fine but once I take a call, the sound becomes different. I've tried resetting the phone to no avail. I've tried searching all over the place for an answer to this but it seems like I'm the only one having this problem? please tell me this isn't the case...

P.s. It is normal to hear my background during calls right?

Hi,

If you contacted to 3G network or 4G and your carrier support enhanced calls voice you will hear a good quality voice and the person who's calling you he will receives a good voice quality too.

Sometimes your network doesn't work in 3G or 4G and the quality change in that matter.
